Skylands Homeschooling Community (SHC) is a support and activity group for homeschooling families in the NJ Skylands area -- Hunterdon, Warren, Morris & Sussex Counties. Our mission is to give our children and ourselves the opportunity to share ideas, friendships and educational activities.

Children in our group range in age from newborn to age ten, although all ages are welcome. While we do not have a formal meeting time, we generally meet several times a month for field trips, playgroups, park days, and educational activities.

There are more than 70 families in our group and we correspond through a Yahoo email list. To sign up, just visit the Yahoo Groups site.
